Hangman’s Whip

A quick minute that reigned in Czech kitchens and pubs in the last century. Fried pork leg noodles sauteed in a pan with onions, capers and hot peppers.

Ingredients:

750 g of pork leg 100 g of sterilised capers without brine 100 g sweet and sour pickles 100 g of ketchup 2 pcs of pepperoni 1 pc medium onion worcestershire sauce ground black pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the washed and thoroughly drained meat into noodles, season with salt and pepper
2. Add peeled, sliced onion, let it brown
4. Finally, add the sliced cucumbers and capers, finely chopped pepperoni without pips, ketchup and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce

The capsicum can be replaced by classic meat peppers.
