Handful of soup with Vegetable Recipes

Traditional soup of legumes and cereals prepared from boiled lentils, peas, beans and groats in one pot together with root Vegetable Recipes and onions, thickened with light roux, seasoned with marjoram, pepper and salt.

Ingredients:

100 g of root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) 50 g of peas 50 g bean 50 g lentils 50 g lentils 50 g carrots 30 g plain flour 30 g onion 30 g of butter mayo water pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Pick, rinse and soak the peas, lentils and beans in a pot, preferably overnight
2. Then fill the pot with water to a capacity of 1.5 litres, add the rinsed groats, cleaned and grated Vegetable Recipes, peeled and diced onions and cook until everything is soft
3. Then thicken the soup with light roux, which we have prepared from butter and plain flour, dilute with water as needed and simmer
