Hanácký smoked dumpling

Smoked lean pork belly, roll, milk, breadcrumbs and spices.

Procedure:
1. Cut the rolls into rounds about half a cm thick and soak them for 5 minutes in milk in which I have previously whisked cooked, deboned and diced pork belly, stripped of skin
2. Add the ground pepper, salt, stir in the finely chopped parsley, mix the mixture lightly with a spoon and place it on a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking tray
3. Bake slowly for about 1 hour in a slightly preheated oven
4. Serve immediately after baking with cucumber or vegetable salad.
