Hamburger II.
A flavored, browned ground hamburger served in a bun along with other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Crumble the beef broth and dissolve in about 2-3 tablespoons of hot water, mix with the ground meat, season with salt, pepper, worcester (if the mixture is thinner, add some breadcrumbs)
2. Divide the meat into 4 parts and shape the burgers with hands soaked in cold water
3. Cut the peeled onion into rounds and fry in a pan in hot oil until golden brown
4. Cut the washed tomatoes into slices, the cleaned peppers into smaller pieces, wash and dry the lettuce leaves
5. Fry the burgers on both sides on a grill pan and in the oven at 220 °C on a grill grate or baking sheet, toast the burgers
6. Spread the bottom of the buns with mayonnaise, mustard or ketchup to taste, garnish with a lettuce leaf, meat, a slice of tomato, cheese, a piece of pepper, onion rings and cover the top of the bun.
