To make a juicy burger, use only fresh, not completely fat-free beef, the best is the front of the beef, slightly marbled with fat, without tendons and bones.
Ingredients:
td>hard cheese slices
Procedure:
1. Put the ground beef in a bowl
2. Add salt, Worcestershire or soy sauce and pepper
3. Knead the mixture thoroughly with your hands, this will incorporate all the ingredients into the meat
4. Divide the whole mixture into six equal parts
5. 6. Place the patties and the base in the fridge for a while to firm up and harden
7. Heat a frying pan or grill to the highest temperature and then fry each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side
8. For the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheese on top of each burger, when it is slightly burnt, place slices of pickles on top
9. Cut the buns and toast them on the grill or grill pan (in the oven or toaster), so that they are nice and crispy on the surface, toast them dry!
10. Spread the cut side of the buns with mayonnaise mixed with French mustard
11. Place thin slices of tomato, lettuce leaves and onion rings on the bottom halves of the buns
12. Then add one hamburger with melted cheese and cucumber slices to each bun
13. Cover with the other part of the buns, press down a little and serve immediately.
Note:
– You can wash the meat yourself, then grind it twice to make it tender. Use beef front, lightly marbled with fat, without tendons and bones.
