Ham with curry sauce

Ham slices heated in steam, topped with curry sauce and topped with cooked apples.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 4 pcs of thicker sliced ham 250 gapple 120 g butter 60 g thick cream 40 g smooth flour 1 tsp curry spices salt

Procedure:

1. Heat the ham slices in the steam
2. Mash one-third of the allowed butter with curry powder and add peeled and thickly sliced apples
3. Make a light gravy with the second third of the butter and flour, dilute it with cream, boil it and finally press it through a cloth
5. Add the juice of the stewed apples and the last third of the butter to the gravy, mix well
6. Pour the sauce over the portions of hot ham and garnish with the cooked apples and curry.

Recommendation:

Serve steamed rice as a side dish.
