Ham Steaks with Spinach

Heavier slices of ham browned in oil, served with a piece of herb butter and garnished with steamed fresh spinach and cream.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of thicker sliced ham 1 piece of onion 500 g fresh spinach leaves 50 g herbed butter 20 g of butter 100 ml of cream tr>

2 tbsp oil salt

Procedure:

1. Wash the fresh spinach leaves under running water and drain, finely chop the peeled onion
2. Then heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, then add the drained spinach and simmer until tender, finally season the spinach lightly with salt and cream
3. Put a piece of herb butter on the browned ham, garnish with steamed spinach and serve.
