Ham Steak with Vegetable Recipes
Baked ham slices served with a vegetable mixture of tomatoes, onions, apple, mushrooms and cucumbers.

Procedure:
1. 1. boil, peel and cut the tomatoes into small pieces, cut the cucumber and apple into noodles, just cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces
2. Clean the onion, cut into rounds, fry in butter, add tomatoes, cucumber, apple, mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes
3. Then add ketchup, pepper and salt and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Fry the ham slices in oil on both sides, put on plates, cover with the mixture and serve garnished with parsley.
