Thanks to the Iberian ham in its ingredients, which provides a very powerful umami, this ham pâté is one of those recipes that you would like to eat directly from the jar and by spoonfuls. A word of advice, do not let yourself be dominated by the craving and enjoy it slowly on a slice of bread, a toast, a sandwich … so the pleasure will last longer.
Ingredients
Low-fat fresh cheese, 150 g Cooked ham, 150 g Iberian ham, 150 g (without large pieces of fat) Freshly ground pepper Aromatic herbs, optional Cherry tomatoes, optional

Notes
This ham pâté can be kept in the fridge for two or three days as long as it is in a well-sealed jar.
Although we can consume it right after making it, it is best to refrigerate it a little before, because during the grinding process, depending on the machine, it may heat up a little, so it is best to let it rest a little in the refrigerator.
This ham pâté will be useful to prepare canapés, to fill sandwiches like Rodilla, it will also be a success if we serve it with some celery or carrot crudités.
I recommend, when choosing the ingredients, that you use a quality cooked ham, with a high percentage of ham and no starches and sugars. If you want to cut back a little on the budget, opt for a few cubes of Iberian shoulder ham, which is usually cheaper than ham, or even a good quality serrano ham, which is available.
