Ham Gnocchi

Fritters cooked in lightly salted water, mixed with a mixture of egg yolks, ham sausage cubes, sour cream, set with egg white snow, baked in the oven until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Boil the fritters in lightly salted water until tender, drain them, run cold water over them and let them drain thoroughly
2. In a bowl, beat the butter with the egg yolks, stir in the finely chopped ham, cream, salt and mix with the drained fritters
3. Finally, stir in the stiff snow from the egg whites, fill the mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-lined baking dish
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve a salad of fresh Vegetable Recipes or Vegetable Recipes cooked sour as a side dish.
