Ham Fritters with Cottage Cheese

Salty fritters made of eggs, ham, soft cottage cheese and other ingredients fried on a frying pan.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a little well heated oil fry finely chopped onion and leek
2. Cut ham or other sausage into thin noodles, bread into small cubes
3. Finally, stir in the finely chopped bread into the mixture
5. Fry the resulting mass on a frying pan and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
The fritters can be topped with grated hard cheese, salty cream cheese with chives or other herbs.
