Ham and tomato sauce for pasta

ingredients

250 g ham 4 cloves garlic 1 pk onion 200 ml passé tomatoes 100 ml water 4 pk tomatoes 50 ml cooking cream chilli salt dried basil

procedure

1. Fry the onion in the oil and add the garlic. 2. Then add the chopped ham (keep 1/4 aside). Sauté for about 5 minutes. 3. Add the passé tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. 4. Then add the cooking cream and bring back to a boil. 5. Transfer to a deeper bowl and whisk. 6. Return to the pan and add the set aside ham and the chopped tomatoes. 7. Finally, season to taste with salt and chilli. Sprinkle basil on top. Enjoy!
