Ham and Kiri cheese quiche

Here is the recipe for the ham and Kiri cheese quiche, a pure delight! A light dish, quick to make and very simple to prepare. This quiche is best served with a fresh vegetable salad.

Ingredients for 6 people:

1 light pie crust 150 g fat-free ham dice 4 portions of kiri 50 ml skimmed milk 3 eggs 200 g 0% yogurt 1 tablespoon of mustard Salt pepper and nutmeg

Preparation :

Spread the dough in a pan, then prick it with a fork and bake it blank for 10 minutes at 180°.

Put the eggs in a bowl then beat them with the yogurt and milk and mix well, add the chopped portions of the kiri cheese and the mustard and mix again.

Then add the diced ham, mix and then pour into the bottom of the pie.

Put the ham and kiri cheese quiche in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C.
