Halloween pizza

250 g plain flour 20 g yeast 125 ml lukewarm water 1/2 tbsp olive oil 1 pinch salt 1 tsp sugar

Pizza for a Halloween party.

From lukewarm water, a little sugar and yeast make a sourdough starter. Add it to the sifted flour, add salt and oil and knead the dough.

Roll it out immediately to the size of the baking sheet. Mine has a diameter of 38 cm. If we have smaller baking trays, we prefer to put two, so that the dough is thin. Grease and flour the baking tray, put the dough in it and leave it in the oven at 50 degrees Celsius. C for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the garnish according to your taste. As the pizza is for Halloween, I made cheese ghosts – using a paper template with a knife.

After 10 minutes, remove the pizza from the oven, increase the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius. C. Brush with tomato crumble and spread out the rest of the ingredients, sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy.
