Halloween caprese

4 pcs mozzarella Galbani 4 pcs tomato with stem 1 pinch salt 1 to taste pepper 1 pinch oregano 1 little olive oil

Inspiration for Halloween, which will please big and small 🙂 1. Place 4 loaves of Galbani mozzarella on a plate. 2. Wash the tomatoes and cut out the stem. Slice the tomatoes. 3. Cut two slices in half to form a mouth. 4. Cut the other two slices into quarters to make the eyes. 5. Use the stems instead of the hair. 6. Make a strong tomato sauce with olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano from the remaining tomatoes. Use the sauce to decorate the plates. Serve cold.
