Halibut with Bacon and Vegetable Recipes

Recipe originally from Norway for roasted Halibut with Vegetable Recipes, English bacon and mushrooms.

Ingredients:

600 g of halibut 250 g carrots 100 g mushrooms 30 g celery 30 g butter 5 pcs of lemon pucks 4 pcs /td>

sliced bacon 1 pk onions 1.5 dl dry white wine ground pepper parsley dill salt

Procedure:

1. Line a shallow pot or baking dish with bacon slices
2. Arrange the cleaned, thinly sliced carrots, finely chopped onion and celery, sliced mushrooms, parsley and dill on top
3. Cover with the peeled lemon slices and butter pieces, pour the wine over them and bake under the lid in a medium heated oven for about 20 minutes
5. Bake without the lid.

Recommendation:

– Side dish: Mashed potatoes and vegetable salad.

Note:

– This dish can also be made with other fish.
