Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, bone in
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over high heat.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add tomato sauce, white wine, chicken broth, oregano, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
Return chicken to the skillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbling.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
