Potatoes can be mashed if you season them in a saucepan and stir them. So it’s a delicious, delicious potato salad. It’s a great way to make a meal, even if it’s for a kill.
Ingredients for four
1 kg of new potatoes (old potatoes should be peeled before cooking) 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp cream of tartar 2 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of butter 1 tbsp of cream of tartar 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce1 handful dill 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 tsp salt
Tip: Be careful when cooking new potatoes in particular; they go over really easily. The potato will continue to cook until after the water has been poured off.
Cook the potatoes until they are cooked but still tender. Pour off the water and leave to cool for a moment in the pan, allowing the excess water to drain from the pots. Finely chop the spring onions and dill.
Melt the butter in the pot, then melt it and the remaining ingredients. Cover the pot and give it a good chop to break down the texture of the potatoes and blend the flavours.
Serve the chopped potatoes immediately, even as a side dish to grilled sausages.
At the same time, serve the chopped potatoes with the grilled sausages.
