Gyros salad

ingredients

600 g chicken breast 2 KL gyros pepper oil 1 pk iceberg lettuce 6 pk pickled cucumbers 1 can of corn ketchup 1 pk small onion 2 pk medium tomatoes mayonnaise Greek yoghurt salt black pepper 1 clove garlic

Not only does it look nice, but it tastes nice too.

Cut the meat into cubes, add gyros seasoning, salt, a little oil and stir.

I refrigerated it overnight.

Fry the meat on high heat and let it cool down.

Make the dressing- mix mayonnaise, yogurt, crushed garlic, salt and pepper together.

Salad is best layered in a glass bowl.

Place 3/4 of the meat and juices in the bottom. Top with finely chopped onion, top with finely chopped pickles. On top of the cucumbers, drain the sweet corn , spread 1/2 of the dressing and top with the tomatoes.

Just a little zig-zag drizzle ketchup over the tomatoes and slice the iceberg lettuce into thinner strips on top.

Top with the remaining dressing and finally 1/3 of the meat.
