Gulyás – goulash soup

ingredients

1 kg beef from the flank 3 pcs onion 400 g potatoes 50 g fat 1 clove garlic 1 g cumin 10 g ground pepper 2 pcs green pepper 3 pcs tomato to taste salt

procedure

Slice the meat, fry the onion, add the meat, add salt and simmer in its own juices for about 30 minutes. When the juices have evaporated, add a little stock.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the meat, add garlic, cumin, ground pepper and cover with water. Boil everything. Later add the chopped green pepper and tomatoes and bring the soup to a boil.
