Guacamole

ingredients

2 pcs avocado 1/2 pcs large onion a little jalapeño pepper 1 tsp salt to taste black pepper a little parsley 1 tbsp lime or cintron juice 1/2 pcs tomato

The spread is good on sandwiches or as a dip for tortillas or chips. I also eat it separately. 🙂

1. Peel the avocado and mash it with a fork, not completely finely. Season with salt and black pepper. 2. Chop the onion and jalapeño peppers finely. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Squeeze the juice from the lime and add to the smashed avocado. 3. Finally, season with parsley. To soften, you can add a spoonful of white yoghurt. 🙂 Enjoy!
