Grilled White Asparagus

This seasonal deli vegetable is also delicious on the grill. Try this tried and tested recipe, it is sure to become your favorite!

Ingredients:

500 g of white asparagus 150 gpeppercorn 1 dl olive oil 3 pcs garlic cloves 1 tbsp chopped rosemary water salt

Procedure:

Peel the asparagus lengthwise, cut off the bottom wilted part if necessary, tie in a bundle of thread, pour water into a taller pot, lightly salt, when the water starts to boil, stand the asparagus bundle, the tips must be above the water to keep them tender, cook for 5 minutes<

Remove the asparagus, let cool

Wrap the cooled stems in 3 or 4 pieces depending on size, wrap in prosciutto at the bottom

Stir crushed garlic and chopped rosemary leaves in olive oil

Brush the asparagus with seasoned oil and place on the grill, turning occasionally during grilling and brushing with oil, remove from grill when asparagus begins to brown on the surface.
