Cut the greens into larger pieces, season with salt and pepper and brush with seasoned canola oil. Grill both sides.

Mix the avocado in a blender with the yogurt, Balkan cheese, and lemon juice. Process with the yogurt, yogurt juice, herbs and ground black pepper until a smooth dressing is formed. Serve the grilled Vegetable Recipes with the avocado dressing.
