Grilled tuna
ingredients
2 pcs tuna steak 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 2 sprigs fresh thyme to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. Drizzle the tuna steaks with olive oil and lemon juice. Let them sit in the fridge for a while. 2. Heat a frying pan, spread the garlic and the skin and the thyme on it. Add the steaks and sear them briefly on both sides and season with salt and pepper on the plate.
