Grilled trout with Vegetable Recipes
ingredients
2 pcs trout 1 pinch salt, ground black pepper 1/2 KL fish seasoning, ground cumin 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 KL dried garlic 1 tbsp garlic oil 2 pcs shallots 1 pcs colored peppers 1/2 pcs zucchini
procedure
1. Wash the trout, pat dry with a paper towel and season with salt. In a bowl, mix together the garlic oil, ground black pepper, dried garlic, fish seasoning and lemon juice. Brush the inside of the trout with this marinade. 2. Let the fish stand for a while. Meanwhile, wash, clean and chop the Vegetable Recipes. Place the fish on the grill grate, drizzle with oil, add the Vegetable Recipes and grill.
