Grilled tofu with carrot salad
ingredients
200 g white tofu 5 tbsp soy sauce 5 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp ground red pepper 3 tbsp mustard 1 pinch of curry pepper 3 pcs carrot 1/2 pcs lemon 1 tbsp sugar 2 pcs spring onion

1. Cut the tofu into equal sized strips or cubes. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, ground red pepper, mustard and a pinch of curry pepper. Place the tofu in the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours. 2. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and drizzle with lemon juice. Season with sugar and stir in the chopped spring onions. 3. Grill the tofu on the grill until it has a crispy crust on the surface. Serve with carrot salad.
