Grilled Tofu with almond chips

Tofu cheese can be prepared in such a way that you can really taste it. Just season it, sprinkle it with almond flakes, wrap it in foil and put it on the grill. A delicious and healthy snack!
1. Remove the Tofu cheese from the water and drain. Cut into slices and pat dry. Pour some olive oil into a bowl, add the spices for the cheese, the pressed garlic and the almond chips. Mix everything well. 2. Dip the sliced Tofu cheese slices into this seasoned mixture and let it sit for a while. 3. In the meantime, cut 2 rectangles of foil, place the coated cheese slices side by side in each, add the almond chips, top and sides of the foil and bind the foil together well so the mixture doesn’t leak and grill for about 8-10 minutes. 4. Serve immediately, you can add chopped young onion and season with tartar sauce or Hellmanns mayonnaise. And of course wholemeal bread or bread to go with it. Enjoy!
