Grilled Tofu Skewer

Skewers of boiled potatoes, marinated tofu, onions, baguette and peppers, grilled.

Procedure:
1. Slice white and smoked tofu, place in a marinade of peeled crushed garlic cloves, oregano and oil, let it rest for at least 2 hours
2. Wash and clean the onions, cut the rinsed peppers in half, remove the cores, crush them and cut them in half, cut the baguette into wedges
4. Thread the baguette, onion, peppers, tofu and potato onto skewers soaked in cold water
5. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side, brushing with remaining marinade if necessary.
