Procedure:
1. Stuff the chicken wings or make indentations with a knife
2. Finely grate the onion and garlic, mix the grated garlic and onion with the yoghurt and add the spices
3. Mix the mixture thoroughly and spread the paste over the chicken wings, flatten the coated wings in a baking dish or on a baking tray and leave in the fridge for 24 hours
4. The next day, grill the wings on both sides on the grill until golden brown, brush with melted butter while grilling
5. Spray the finished wings with lemon juice, season lightly with salt and serve.
