Grilled steaks
ingredients
4 pcs steaks (ideally roast beef)
Seasoning
pcs salt,pepper,rosemary pcs oil Raciol chilli, tomatoes, basil
procedure
1. Heat the oil on a grill plate, add a sprig of rosemary and put the meat in. 2. Grill on each side for a few minutes until the meat has a crust and is cooked to your liking. 3. Finally, season with salt and pepper, let stand for a while and serve.
