Grilled smoked knee with beer sauce

1 pk smoked pork knuckle 2 pk bay leaf 6 pk whole black peppercorns 1 tsp ground red pepper 1 tsp ground cumin 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp black beer
Smear:
300 g onion 3 cloves garlic 500 ml black beer 1 tbsp honey 2 pcs hot sauce 1 pcs tomato puree

If you don’t have a garden and a barbecue, you can make this goodness at home in the oven.

Put the pork knuckle in boiling water along with the bay leaf and black peppercorns. Remove the cooked knee, separate the bone and cut it into pieces.

Make a mixture of ground paprika, cumin, oil, beer and crushed garlic and rub it over the meat portions. Place under the grill.

Sauce. Add the hot peppers and pour in the beer. Simmer under a lid for at least an hour. The onions must be quite soft. Finally, add honey and season as desired.

Serve with bread.
