Grilled salmon with salad

A very tasty, unpretentious and healthy lunch or dinner.
1. Make a marinade with orange juice, honey, olive oil, bear garlic (you can substitute sage or something else), salt and pepper. 2. Place the washed, dried and skinned salmon in the marinade and leave to marinate for about 60 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the salad (I used cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, leeks, radishes). I added some apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar and salt. 4. Pan fry the salmon (skin side first). Press it a little so that it fries all over. Brush with the marinade while it is searing. Then flip to the opposite side and sear on the smallest side. 5. Serve the salmon with the toasted baguette.
