Grilled salmon with horseradish and cherry tomatoes
ingredients
4 salmon 2 tbsp oil 1 pinch salt 1 pinch black pepper 1 little chopped chives 1 bunch green and white horseradish 1 pinch sugar 1 pinch lemon juice 4 bunches cherry tomatoes 1 to taste Hellmann’s tartar sauce Delicate 1 pk lemon for seasoning

A tasty and quick to prepare fish dish.
1. Salt and pepper the salmon and sear in a pan with heated oil. 2. Place the salmon skin side down and wait until it is golden brown. 3. Then turn the salmon over and let it lightly sear. It must remain pink inside, uncooked. 4. Remove and let rest for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chives. 5. Cook horseradish just until semi-soft in boiling salted, lightly sweetened water with lemon juice. 6. Remove and place in the pan where the salmon was grilled for a moment and sear. 7. Place the cherry tomato clusters in the pan with the horseradish and fry. Serve with Hellmann’s Tartar Sauce Delicate
