Grilled salmon in foil

500 g salmon (fillet) pcs salt, parsley, cumin 1 tbsp lemon juice pcs butter pcs olive oil

Salmon fillet can also be prepared in foil on the grill. It is juicy, tasty, but most importantly, it does not require much time to prepare.

1. First, while the fillet is in one piece, wash it and remove the scales, preferably with a vegetable peeler. Then cut it into approximately 3,5-4 cm slices. Prepare a grilling mixture of olive oil, cumin, parsley, salt and lemon juice and brush the fish pieces on all sides. 2. Cut off a large piece of foil. Arrange the seasoned pieces in a row in the foil, do not stick them together, and add small pieces of butter between them to enhance the flavour. 3. Close the foil tightly and put on the grill. Do not turn. Grill for about 7-8 minutes. Transfer hot to plates and serve with grilled potatoes and Hellmanns garlic sauce. Garnish with fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
