Grilled pork ribs

2 kg lean pork ribs 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic to taste fresh herbs 120 ml oil 1 KL mustard 1 tbsp soy sauce to taste salt a little ground black pepper

Grilled ribs are very tasty, especially guys can’t resist them.

1. Cut the pork ribs into smaller pieces. 2. Boil them in boiling water for 20 – 30 minutes. This will keep them juicy and crispy after grilling. The broth does not need to be poured off, you can use it to make, for example, bean soup. Prepare the marinade: Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, chop the herbs and mix with the other ingredients. Brush the ribs with the marinade and leave to stand for at least two hours. 3. Grill for 8-10 minutes on each side. 4. Done, enjoy!
