Grilled pear with yoghurt and chilli
ingredients
4 pears 150 ml white yoghurt 50 g fine oatmeal 50 g honey (sweetener) 2 pinches salt 1 pk chilli pepper

It’s also great as an appetizer. I have had the recipe for xx years.
1.
Slice the pears into two halves. Scoop out the flesh and seeds.

Place pears on a hot griddle pan or grill and grill.
3.
Make the filling by mixing the yogurt, honey, chilli pieces and salt all together.
4.
Fry the oat flakes in a dry frying pan.
5.
After grilling, fill the pears with yoghurt and finally sprinkle with chopped chillies and oat flakes.
