Grilled neck pork
ingredients
600 g pork loin 1/2 KL rosemary, cumin, Provençal pepper to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce a little oil
procedure
1. Wash the slices of meat, dry and season with salt. In a bowl, mix together the oil, rosemary, Provençal pepper, cumin, worcestershire sauce and ground black pepper. Rub this marinade over the neck on both sides and place in the fridge for at least an hour. 2.
