Grilled neck neck in beer marinade

1 kg pork neck
Marinade:
300 ml light beer 10° 4 tbsp olive oil 4 cloves garlic 2 KL ground cumin 2 KL dried thyme 1 tbsp horseradish 4 KL barbecue seasoning for pork

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a jar, crush the garlic. Cut the neck into slices, approx. 1,5 cm thick, gently pat and cut the edges so that the meat does not curl when grilling. Soak the slices in the prepared marinade, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. Uncover and allow the meat to acclimatise before grilling. During grilling, brush the meat with the marinade that has risen.

Grill the meat on each side for 7-8 minutes, season with salt and set aside to keep warm. I used a grill pan.

Wash the peeled potatoes, pre-cook and let cool. Cut into thicker rounds, sprinkle with vegetable seasoning, drizzle with oil and grill in a grill pan, sprinkle with salt. Sprinkle peppers, onion pieces, sliced garlic head with grill seasoning, drizzle with oil and grill, season with salt.

Serve with fresh Vegetable Recipes, tomatoes, cucumber. The meat is delicious, tender, fragrant. Enjoy!
