Grilled mushrooms with tomatoes
ingredients
4 pcs portobello mushrooms 400 g cherry tomatoes 100 g feta cheese 4 tbsp oil Raciol with chilli, basil and sundried tomatoes pcs salt, pepper, fresh oregano
procedure

Cut the cherry tomatoes finely and mix with the feta cheese, which we broke by hand. Season with pepper. Be careful with the salt, feta is salty. Add the seasoned oil and mix well.

Fill the mushroom caps and put them on the grill to bake. Grill for about 20 minutes and serve garnished with fresh oregano leaves.
