Grilled mushrooms with sesame seeds

1 tbsp sesame seeds 400 g mushrooms 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce 2 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp sugar 1 pk young onion

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the sesame seeds on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Then remove them from the baking sheet. 2. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp tea towel and slice them. Place them in a shallow dish. Mix the teriyaki sauce, mirin, sugar, chives and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over the mushrooms and let stand for 5 minutes. 3. Place the mushrooms on a greased baking tray, brush with half of the marinade and grill for 5 minutes. Garnish the mushrooms with sesame seeds and serve with chopped spring onions.
