Grilled mushrooms or portobello mushrooms

Brown large sampinons or portobello fresh thyme salt freshly ground pepper oil

1. Finely chop the thyme, pour in good quality oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. 2. Coat the sausages well on all sides (including the inside) and put them on a hot grill (a frying pan with a thick bottom). I lightly brush the grill stove, or grill grate, or pan, beforehand with a brush dipped in oil. Place them ribbed side up and grill for 20 minutes. Then turn over and grill for another 5 minutes 3. I grilled the zucchini rounds and the lettuce rounds together with the radishes, split in half. To the grilled Vegetable Recipes I chopped finely, Chinese cabbage, fresh peppers and fresh cucumber. I kneaded everything, lightly salted and peppered it and drizzled it with barbecue sauce…normal bought and I used a spicy one. I put the pita bread in a microwavable bag and put it in the microwave for 1 minute. The pita was steamed and warmed up. I filled it with the vegetable mix. 4. Put the dressing on the plate, I squeezed the garlic into the thick white yoghurt, added some pepper and a little salt. To finish, I drizzled with lime juice. If I had tartar sauce, I’d put tartar sauce…I don’t shy away from it in these cases…. don’t blame me. And for the dressing, we put grilled portobello mushrooms, added filled pita bread
