18 pcs mushrooms fresh large pcs olive oil, grill seasoning, garlic crushed, lemon juice, possibly salt for rubbing 2 basil leaves for garnish

The mushrooms are very healthy. And how to prepare them in an unconventional way? Just grill them and conjure up a really original taste and you will surely enjoy them
1. Wash the mushrooms, clean them and cut the onion into thin slices. Stuff them alternately on wooden skewers. 2. Brush the skewers with an oil mixture made by mixing olive oil with crushed garlic, grill seasoning (I used grilled cheese seasoning) and lemon juice. Season the finished skewers lightly with salt as needed (the seasoning I used was salty enough). 3. Place the skewers on the grill, grill and turn until the mushrooms are tender. Serve with roasted potatoes or bread. Have a nice barbecue and good taste!
