Grilled mozzarella with zucchini and ajvar

Italian cheese with sliced zucchini and paprika sauce. Grilled in a toaster or on the grill, or just heated on a Teflon pan.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pour cream into a small saucepan or saucepan, bring to a boil and add ajvar
2. Heat for about a minute and set aside
3. Grill the unpeeled 2 cm slices of zucchini on both sides and keep warm
4. Lightly brush the baking paper with oil and coat the mozzarella in the spices
5. Place it on half of the baking paper and cover it with the other half
6. Grill it very briefly – on a low grill, toaster oven, or just warm it up on a Teflon pan
7. Place the bread on a plate, top with the zucchini, then the mozzarella and finally pour the ajvar sauce over the top.
Note:
