Grilled mackerel

4 pcs mackerel 1 pinch salt, ground black pepper 1 tbsp olive oil

step

1. Wash, dry and cut the mackerel. Season each side and inside with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil. 2. Place them on a hot grill and grill for about 7 minutes on each side.
