2 toasted bread 3 tbsp white wine 1 pk egg 500 g ground beef and pork 1 pk onion 1 clove garlic 2 handfuls parsley 1 KL salt, ground black pepper a little olive oil
step
1. Mix the toasted bread with the wine and egg. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, add the minced meat, finely chopped onion, pressed garlic and chopped parsley. 2. Stir until a compact mixture is formed. Season with salt and pepper and shape into rolls. There should be about 12 rolls. Brush the meat with oil and place on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side.
