1. In a bowl, mix the two minced meats. Season with salt, ground black pepper, ground paprika, thyme, marjoram, crushed garlic and soy sauce. Stir the mixture and refrigerate for at least an hour. 2. Remove the mixture, shape it into 4 burgers, place them on the grill and grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Slice the buns, grill them on the inside, brush them with tartar sauce, place lettuce leaves, tomato slices and meat. Add the other part of the bun and serve.
