Grilled ham with apples
Heavier slices of ham grilled together with rounds of peeled apples. This recipe is great as a warm appetizer on the Christmas Eve menu.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Pepper the ham, drizzle with cognac mixed with lemon juice and refrigerate for about 4 hours
2. Before serving, drizzle the ham with melted butter and top with the peeled apple slices
3. Grill until the apples are browned
4. Drizzle the finished starter with Worcestershire sauce and serve with white bread
