Procedure:
1. Pour cold water over the ham slices and let them soak for half an hour
2. Then take them out and dry them
3. With a sharp thin knife, make several incisions in the ham, brush the slices with melted butter and grill them for 4 minutes
4. Then turn the slices over, brush them again with melted butter, skewer the cloves on the edges and grill for about 3 minutes
5. Serve immediately, garnished with tomato slices and parsley.
