Grilled green asparagus in bacon

Excellent delicacy, a treat for a beer, or asparagus prepared in this way can be served for example with potatoes as a main course or with toasted white bread as an appetizer.

Ingredients:

500 g of green asparagus 200 g bacon (can be substituted with English bacon) 200 g bacon/td> spice grill Argentina oil

Procedure:

Peel the bottom of the roast, or cut off the wilted part.

Wrap the individual stems spirally with bacon, leaving the tips to peek through

.Brush with oil in which you have mixed Argentine grill seasoning (commonly sold), place on grill, turning occasionally while grilling, brushing occasionally, with oil and seasoning

When bacon begins to turn golden and crisp asparagus remove from grill and serve.
