Grilled green asparagus in bacon

Excellent delicacy, a treat for a beer, or asparagus prepared in this way can be served for example with potatoes as a main course or with toasted white bread as an appetizer.

Ingredients:

500 g of green asparagus 200 g bacon (can be substituted with English bacon) 200 g bacon/td> spice grill Argentina oil

Procedure:

  • Peel the bottom of the roast, or cut off the wilted part.
  • Wrap the individual stems spirally with bacon, leaving the tips to peek through
  • .Brush with oil in which you have mixed Argentine grill seasoning (commonly sold), place on grill, turning occasionally while grilling, brushing occasionally, with oil and seasoning
  • When bacon begins to turn golden and crisp asparagus remove from grill and serve.
