Quick and good dinner.

Mix the ingredients to taste, or buy a ready-made grilled cheese mix. Brush the enchilada with olive oil.

When the enchilada has softened, carefully transfer it to a plate. I serve with boiled potatoes with butter and chives, cranberries are great with it I have homemade fake red currant cranberries. Currant jam can also be used. Bon appetit.
